    We start our beautiful day by collecting you and your partner or group at your accommodation in Cape Town at 7:00 am in a private vehicle with a private guide-driver. We will drive along the N1 for approximately 2 hours before we reach the game reserve in the little karoo. Along the way, your expert tour guide driver will tell you the history surrounding the areas and towns which you will see along the way.

    Aquila Reserve is one of the best Safaris near Cape Town and home to the Big 5 animals. Upon arrival you will be warmly welcomed with a complimentary glass of Sparking wine, you will then proceed to the restaurant where a full buffet will be served. Soon after breakfast, you will embark on a two to three-hour game drive in an open truck or 4x4 with a small group made of either 6 to 15 people depending on the truck size. You can book on the spot or in advance for a private 4x4 truck at the reserve in addition to the entrance fees. After the safari, you will return to the main restaurant for a full buffet lunch. You may choose to relax on the terrace or take a dip in the swimming pool after lunch. Alternatively, you may book a spa treatment at Tranquil-la which is the resident spa at Aquila. Advanced booking is advisable.

Warning!!! Please do not book any trips via “viator”. Absolutely rip off, we booked Safari trip for the family of 4 + 2kids, they only provide a transport for £565 !!!! What a ridicules price. When we arrived, I realised that we need to pay for entrance fee, transport in the safari park, so we havebeen charged again £550, in total this cost us £1115 ( for 2.5 h Safari), I can’t even call this Safari it is just a zoo, included 3 lions, 3 elephants, 3 giraffes in the nature environment. Disappointed with the customer service. We canceled all trips with viator, never again.
